Orders
Orders received before 1pm will be shipped out for next day delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be shipped the following day. We will do our utmost to provide you with the courier/transport tracking number details in order for you to track your shipment where possible.
Customer pickup orders require a minimum two hours lead time.

Claims and Returns
All returns must be reported within 5 business days. No returns will be accepted without preauthorization from Redleaf Moulding. A return number will be assigned to you. Returned length moulding is subject to a 15% restocking charge unless the return is defective merchandise. Any merchandise being returned that is not defective or due to an error must be returned freight pre-paid by the customer. We will not accept the following returns or credit:
- Length moulding that has been cut by the customer.
- Moulding that has been altered or defaced with writing, etc…
- Any moulding (length, chop, or open) that has not been re-wrapped before returning.
- Any chops that have been altered, joined, or assembled.
- Any moulding that was purchased as a special order or a close out.
Any lost shipments and damages must be handled through the courier. Do not accept damaged shipments from the courier until the shipper has made a notation on the freight bills as to the extent of loss or damage. Redleaf Moulding is only responsible for deliveries handled by our own driver(s).
